Another test for Danny Williams and his squad.

Presteigne St Andrews FC head to Herefordshire for their latest warm-up match this evening [Wednesday, 31 July] in which they will take on Bartestree.

The Hereforshire club plays its league football in the West Midlands League second division – the same level at Tenbury Wells, who saw off the Reserves 3-2 at Llanandras Park last week.

There will be one familar face in the Bartestree ranks – the former Presteigne player-manager Adriano Girolami is now coaching there.

Manager Danny Williams feels there are plenty of positives to take from the pre-season programme so far and he’ll be hoping to build on that this evening, although he is anticipating another tough test.

If you are heading down to Bartestree for this one, then the kick off will be at 7.30pm.

It’s hoped to have the result and a few outline details of just what happened up on the site later in the evening.
