Presteigne St Andrews FC’s new management team will have the chance to run the rule over their new charges this evening when the club plays its first pre-season game of the summer.
Shobdon will host us in a game which is due to kick off at 6.30pm
Work commitments and holidays etc mean it is likely to be a mixture of first-team players and Reserve-team squad members who take to the field for this one.
But Jamie Allen and Adie Bennett have made it clear that everyone can stake a claim for a first-team place and so this will represent a chance for some to impress.
