Presteigne Reserves will be back in action at Llanandras Park on Tuesday, 1 September when they will be in derby action against Knighton Town Reserves.

After a weekend with no football at Llanandras Park, Mark Weiland’s side will be back at it this evening when they will be keen to get their season back on track.

After an encouraging opening to the Mid Wales League (South) season in which they beat Carno Reserves on the opening day, there have since been heavy defeats at Brecon Town and Hay St Mary’s Reserves.

As for Knighton Town Reserves, they opened up with a 1-1 draw at home to Llanidloes Town Reserves before coming away from Lant Field with all three points courtesy of a 3-0 victory over Builth Wells Reserves.

Tonight’s match is due to kick off at 7.30pm and admisson charges for the game will be the usual £2.00 for adults and £1.00 for senior citizens and youngsters under the age of 16.
