It will be a record win on the Super Lotto when the jackpot does go

Presteigne St Andrews FC’s Super Lotto jackpot has rolled over again – once again, nobody managed to select the four numbers needed to scoop the big prize.

The four numbers drawn out of the hat on Sunday, 16 April were: 1, 9, 13 and 18.

Mark Weiland came closest – he ‘rattled the woodwork’ in selecting three of the four numbers required.

The jackpot has now risen to £3,175, so somebody is going to ‘win big’ when the jackpot does eventually go – it surely must be won before long.

Congratulations to Sharon Jones who won the £20.00 bonus buy prize.

A reminder that if you would like to take part in the Super Lotto draw for this weekend then the tickets will cost you £1.00 per go.

The jackpot is now the highest it has ever been since the introduction of the Super Lotto – Ceri Brown was our previous biggest winner when he won £3,099 on Sunday, 20 November of last year.

Tickets are available from Carini’s Butchers, Stitch Embroidery and Print Service, Presteigne Carpets and Bed Warehouse, The Garage, Winnie’s Newsagents and The Farmers Inn.
