The first team’s pre-season programme is due to get underway on Friday, 30 June when Shaun Harris will take his squad to Ludlow Town for a game against Kington Town.
Given that work is continuing on our pitch and presumably also on Kington’s this seems to make perfect sense.
It is very early days for both clubs in terms of their pre-season work so I don’t suppose either manager will be able to read too much into the outcome of tonight’s game – it is all about players getting minutes under their belts.
If you fancy a Friday night out in south Shropshire, then the kick off at Ludlow Town for this one will be at 7.30pm.
