My thanks top Paul Worts who has forwarded the draws for the early stages of both the Radnorshire and Mid Wales League (South) Cups.
Starting with the Radnorshire Cup and it’s a case of ‘as you were’ as we shall again be heading to Llandrindod Wells for the first-round tie.
The first team headed to the Broadway last season when we were beaten 4-1 in a first-round tie.
This year’s fixture is scheduled for the corresponding week and so will be played on either Tuesday, 19 or Wednesday, 20 September.
As for the Pip Samuel (Electrical) Mid Wales League (South) Cup, the Reserves have been handed a bye into the last eight of the competition.
There will be four first-round ties but Mark Weiland and Alan Stocker’s squad are into the last eight alongside Llandrindod Wells Reserves, St Harmon and league newcomers Felindre.
