Congratulations to Paul Barnes who has added his name to the big prize winners in Presteigne St Andrews FC’s Super Lotto.
Paul might have missed out on the ‘big one’ – the £10,000 top prize, but he was then the outright winner of the subsidiary prize.
Paul scooped £1,038 for being the only ticket-holder to select the four numbers needed in the second draw held on Sunday, 8 October.
The four numbers drawn out of the hat for this draw were: 4, 7, 11 and 21.
There was no winner of the first prize and to that will roll over – yet again – to next week when the draw is scheduled for Sunday, 15 October.
The four numbers out of the hat for the 10k jackpot were: 2, 11, 14 and 15.
That jackpot will remain at £10,000 until it is won, but a new subsidiary draw will begin this week with the jackpot there being £350.
Just a reminder of a couple of things – first, if the £10,000 jackpot goes this Sunday, then the second draw will not take place this week.
Instead, it would become the main draw for the following weekend.
Also, please remember that Winnies Newsagents is no longer selling Super Lotto tickets, but there are plenty of other places that are.
