Presteigne Reserves’ scheduled Mid Wales League (South) fixture at home to Hay St Mary’s on Tuesday, 13 February has been postponed.
This news will not come as a major shock to anyone as the heavy rain overnight falling on what was already a wet pitch was always likely to lead to an easy call for those making the decision.
So, this is another game that will have to be fitted into the schedule later in the season.
But, as we have been saying throughout the winter, at least the Mid Wales League (South) is not too big a league this season so it ought to be relatively easy to fit in the rearranged games.
This is proving something of a fallow period for the club’s loyal supporters as there are no matches scheduled for Llanandras Park this coming weekend.
The first team are due to head to Penybont United for their Spar Mid Wales League fixture on 17 February while the Reserves don’t have a fixture.
