Congratulations to Presteigne St Andrews who rounded off their Spar Mid Wales League, second-division season on a high note.
Shaun Harris’ side saw off Montgomery Town 4-0 at Llanandras Park on Saturday, 12 May.
Kieran Lusher scored twice while Jacob Whittal also grabbing a brace as Shaun’s side completed a league double over Montgomery Town in what was a convincing performance.
This result means the first team is guaranteed to finish the season in ninth place in the second division table.
There is no getting away from the fact it’s been a challenging season at times, but full credit to Shaun and his squad for finishing things off in such a positive manner.
