Presteigne St Andrews FC’s manager Shaun Harris has confirmed the side’s pre-season friendly programme and he clearly means to test his squad.
The club is currently scheduled to play six warm-up matches in advance of the start of the Spar Mid Wales League, second-division season on Saturday, 11 August.
Pre-season training will start on Wednesday, 27 June with the first practice match scheduled for Tuesday, 10 July when the squad will head to Bartestree.
This will be followed by a trip to Knighton Town three days later on Friday, 13 July.
The first home game will be on Friday, 20 July when Clee Hill will visit Llanandras Park for a 7.30pm kick off.
On Saturday, 28 July the squad will head to Ludlow Town while the second home game will be on Tuesday, 31 July when Wellington will be our visitors – again, the kick off will be at 7.30pm.
The pre-season preparations will be rounded off with a trip to Hinton on Saturday, 4 August.
