Presteigne Reserves will head to Llandrindod Wells Reserves for their Mid Wales League (South) game on Saturday, 17 November.

There is no game for the first team so the Reserves will be the sole focus of attention as they’ll go in search of the win they need to start heading the right way up the division.

There is very little to choose between the sides who are next-to-next in the league table.

Presteigne Reserves are a point better off but Lland’dod Reserves have a game in hand so, as I say, nothing to choose between them.

The Spa side’s last victory in the ‘South’ came at Llanandras Park at the end of September so they’ll be looking for a league double over Alan Stocker’s side.

But since that win they have been beaten three times in the league – they went down 5-4 at Knighton Town Reserves, then 2-1 at Penybont United.

In their most recent outing – on Saturday, 3 November – they were beaten 5-2 by Newcastle at The Broadway.

The kick off on Saturday, 17 November will be at 2.15pm
