Alan Stocker will take charge of Presteigne St Andrews FC for the first time on Tuesday, 26 March when the first team takes on Shobdon in the semi-final of the Hay St Mary’s Invitation Cup.
Alan has stepped up as interim manager following the decision of Shaun Harris to step down from the role last week.
It’s understood the squad for the Shobdon tie will be made of some regular reserve-team players plus those from the first team who have opted to see out the season at Llanandras Park.
It will clearly be a tough test for the makeshift Presteigne squad but here’s hoping they rally behind Alan for the final games of the season.
The kick off at Llanandras Park on Tuesday evening will be at 7.30pm and the admission prices for the game will be at the usual first-team rates of £3.00 for adults; £1.50 for senior citizens and £1.00 for youngsters under the age of 16.
