The Reserves will have four home games in March

The Mid Wales League (South) secretary, Paul Worts has published the fixtures for March and the Reserves will have some derby games to look forward to.

The first of these will come next Saturday – 2 March – when Mark Weiland and Barry Williams’ side will make the short trip to Knighton Town Reserves.

They will then host Radnor Valley on Saturday, 9 March – a game the will mark an unusual run of four home matches on the bounce.

Llanidloes Town Reserves, Bucknell and Rhayader Town Reserves will all be heading to Llanandras Park in the coming month, with the Bucknell game on a Thursday night – 21 March – as the league plays ‘catch up’ after the bad weather.

There will be no game on Saturday, 23 March, although Reserve-team players are urged not to immediately head down to Thomas Cook and book that week in Benidorm as there could be a Sparey Cup semi-final on Sunday, 24 March – this is to be confirmed.

One cup semi-final is confirmed – the Reserves will head to Lant Field on  Sunday, 21 April for a Builth Spa Cup semi-final against Llandrindod Wells Reserves when the kick off will be at 2.30pm.
