Presteigne St Andrews FC will hold the June draw for the 100 Club on Friday, 26 June.
Tonight’s festivities will take place at The Farmers’ Inn and are due to kick off at ‘around 9 o’clock’.
Given that – for some reason – this is one of the few ‘sporting’ events that is not live on Sky, if you want to find out if your ball is drawn from the bag, then the only way to do this is get down to the Farmers in person.
Les Pitt will be loosely in control of proceedings, while he will be aided and abetted by other committee members and friends of the club.
If you fancy a Friday-night pint and the chance to boo loudly when your ball isn’t drawn from the hat this month, then the Farmers will be the place to be.
It is anticipated that the prizewinners’ names will be posted on the site at some stage over the weekend.
