Presteigne St Andrews FC are saddened to learn of the death of Peggy Stephens who passed away on 20 June.
Peggy was a founder member of the Ground Development Committee that did so much good work in the early days after the club moved to Llanandras Park.
She was also a familiar figure in the tea hut while her late husband Ted also served on the Football Club committee.
Their son Andy is, of course, a former chairman of Presteigne St Andrews FC and so there has been a long family association with Llanandras Park.
As a club, we would like to extend our sympathies to the family and friends of Peggy at this very sad time.
