Presteigne St Andrews FC can confirm their scheduled Reserve-team match at Sennybridge on Saturday, 18 January has been postponed.
This was at the request of Sennybridge FC after a tragic incident in which one of their squad members sadly passed away following a road accident last week.
Given the circumstances, Presteigne St Andrews FC fully appreciates and understands Sennybridge’s position.
As a club, we would like to extend our sympathies to the family and friends of the player concerned.
There was no first-team game scheduled for this weekend, so there will now be no league action for Presteigne teams on Saturday, 18 January.
