Presteigne Reserves' tough start to the Mid Wales League (South) season will continue tonight [Tuesday, 26 August] when they will head to Newcastle.
Mark Weiland's side is licking its wounds after a couple of heavy defeats in their opening two matches, but they will know there is not likely to be any let up in the intensity this evening.
Newcastle are usually there or thereabouts in most Mid Wales League (South) title races and so this will be another stiff examination.
Tonight's game is due to kick off at 6.30pm and it's to be hoped the lads can get their season off and running by coming home with something to show for their efforts.
