‘Weedo’ and his Reserve side will be on the road again

A reminder that the first team will be in action on Friday, 28 November when they will host Penybont at Llanandras Park in a 7.30pm kick off.

This game is a first-round tie in the ER Jenkins Cup with the winners due to host Abermule in the quarter-finals.

As for the Reserves, they will also be in cup action this weekend as they will head to Llandysul in the third round of the J Emrys Morgan Cup on Saturday, 29 November.

This will be the Reserves’ first sortie in the Emrys Morgan Cup this year as last year’s run to the semi-finals meant they were given a bye until this stage of the competition.

Llandysul play in the first division of the Costcutters Ceredigion League in which they have won three of their nine league matches so far this season.

Their away from is actually better than their results on their own patch, as they have won one and lost four of their five home matches so far.

Mark Weiland will be hoping his side can build on their last away game in which they came away from Brecon Northcote with a 2-1 victory in their Mid Wales League (South) encounter.

As for the first team game this evening, the admission prices will be the usual £2.50 for adults; £1.50 for senior citizens and £1.00 for youngsters under the age of 16.
