AGM scheduled for Tuesday, 16 June

Presteigne St Andrews FC
It is AGM time again

A reminder that Presteigne St Andrews FC will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 16 June.

This will take place at the clubhouse at Llanandras Park and is due to get underway at 7.30pm.

There will be a number of important issues to discuss, while some key elections will take place as the club builds towards the 2015-16 season.

Among these will be the election of a new President as Tony Wood has come to the end of his two-year term in office.

Steps also need to be put in place to lighten the load of Tom Ammonds who has spent much of the last season combining the roles of first-team defender, club secretary, vice-chairman, cup secretary and general factotum.

As usual, the committee is looking for people willing to take on some of those roles so as to ensure the work is shared out more evenly and doesn’t take over any one individual’s life.

Given this is an Annual General Meeting, everyone is welcome and the Football Club AGM will be followed by the Social Club AGM at which all members of the social club will be entitled to attend.
