Presteigne St Andrews FC’s home Spar Mid Wales League, second division game against Newbridge will now be played on Friday, 13 January.
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, 14 January but has been brought forward to the Friday night.
This is one of only two matches the first team will have in January with the other match also at home – we will entertain Abermule on the final weekend of the month – 28 January.
But, assuming the Boxing Day home game against Penybont goes ahead as planned, we will have only seven league games remaining come the turn of the year, so it’s not altogether surprising that there are going to be a few blank weekends between now and the end of the season.
