Presteigne St Andrews FC’s annual Christmas Draw was held at the Royal Oak on Sunday, 17 December.
Our grateful thanks to everyone who donated prizes for this year’s draw and who sold tickets.

While we don’t yet know the final figure in terms of money raised, it looked as though it was going to be another successful event – it is am important part of our annual fundraising drive.
Our thanks to Dale Gorman and family at the Royal Oak for staging the draw on what was a busy day for such events in ‘The Oak’ as they also held their own Christmas Draw that afternoon.
As regards our own draw, congratulations to young Arthur Chilman who scooped the top prize of £50 – and who then won the second prize of a meal for two at the Royal Oak – I think I’ll let him fill in my Euromillions ticket for the coming weekend…
Well done to all those committee members who worked so hard to ensure things ran smoothly on the day.
