This has been arranged for Saturday 5 June but the committee is happy to listen to any views from club members, players and supporters as to where they feel the event should be staged.
We had to come up with a proposed date as venues are snapped up quickly. The date corresponds with last year’s event and, given we could still be playing in May, was about as early as we could realistically hope to hold it.
Please check out the social events page of the site where a lot of the early debate has already been aired – hopefully this will save time with our not having to go over the same discussions time and time again…!
But, if you have a strong view, then feel free to let us know – years of these events mean that the committee already knows there is no way we will be able to please everyone, but all reasonable opinions will be taken on board.
It is your dinner, so feel free to have your say, but please be quick as time is not on our side with this one..
