My thanks to ‘Drawmeister General’ Les Pitt for furnishing me with the details of the winning tickets for Presteigne St Andrews FC’s 100 Club draw for November.
These were especially welcome this month as the Webmaster was among the winners!
Well done to Les for his persistence as, after a couple of abortive attempts, he finally managed to hold the draw in The Bowling Club on Friday, 30 November.
Congratulations to all of our winners, but especially to Patty Galliers who landed the top prize of £100.00. It may well be that ‘Nick Carlton’ who is among the prize winners is actually Nick Charlton but I’ll try to get clarification on this as soon as possible. Of course, it might be that we have a ‘Nick Carlton’ in the draw as well as ‘Choppy’ and, if this is the case, then apologies in advance.
Given it is the festive season and everyone has plenty of other things on that could easily clash, I am reliably informed it is planned to hold the December draw in the Dukes Arms on Saturday, 29 December.
