Presteigne St Andrews FC slipped to another MMP with Norman Lloyd League, second-division defeat on Saturday, 18 January.

They were beaten 6-3 in their match at Waterloo Rovers although Alan Stocker’s game was well in the game at half-time.

The teams reached the break at 3-3 with Tom Crichton the hero for Presteigne as he netted a hat-trick.

But, in the second half, Waterloo pulled away to eventually close out what eventually proved to be a comfortable win.

So, the first team will have to regroup and go again on Saturday, 25 January when it’s not promising to be a whole lot easier.

Machynlleth will be the visitors to Llanandras Park and they are having a good season as they currently lie in second spot in the league table.

The kick off for that one on Saturday will be at 2.00pm.
