The draw for the third round of the FAW Trophy has been made and Presteigne St Andrews have been handed a home tie against Hay St Marys.
The sides will certainly know each other inside out – the match, which is scheduled for Saturday 17 October, will be the third meeting between the teams this season.
Hay were 4-1 winners at Llanandras Park back in August, but Tim Broome’s side went a long way towards redressing the balance on Tuesday night when they were 3-0 winners at Hay in the Radnorshire Cup.
Of the other Spar Mid Wales League sides, Bow Street – who are at Llanandras Park tomorrow – have been handed a trip to Llanharry while Llanrhaeadr will entertain Rhos Aelwyd. Waterloo Rovers head to Venture Community FC.
