Presteigne St Andrews FC are scheduled to be in Radnorshire Cup quarter-final action on Tuesday, 16 October.
Shaun Harris’ squad is due to entertain Llanidloes Town at Llanandras Park in a game due to kick off at 7.30pm.
Shaun is facing a major selection headache, though, as a host of players are unavailable due to injuries and work commitments.
At the last count, at least six first-team regulars had indicated that – for genuine reasons – they would not be available for this evening’s game.
Llanidloes Town will clearly be a good side – they are currently in second place in the MMP with Norman Lloyd first-division table and have won all four league matches away from home so far this season.
The Daffs were 3-1 winners at home to Newbridge in their first-round tie.
So, the first team will obviously be heading into this game at underdogs but hope springs eternal – always assuming Shaun can find 11 players fit and available.
Admission prices for the game will be the usual £3.00 for adults; £1.50 for senior citizens and £1.00 for youngsters under the age of 16.
