My thanks to the ever-reliable Les Pitt for forwarding me the details of the lucky prize-winners for Presteigne St Andrews FC’s 100 Club Draw – the October edition.
Once again, Les attempted to host the draw at the Bowling Club but it appears as though their darts team was playing away on Friday, 26 October and so Les had to decamp to the Farmers Inn.
We are grateful to the Farmers for accommodating the draw at short notice – further attempts will be made to revisit ‘The Bowler’ in the coming months.
If all goes according to plan, then the November draw should be held on Friday, 30 November at around 7.00pm – this is likely to be in the Bowling Club but we’ll confirm the venue nearer the time.
