Happy New Year to everyone connected with Presteigne St Andrews FC however loose that connection might be and however rough you might be feeling this morning!
Now the festivities are behind us, it is pretty much straight back to ‘business as usual’, especially for the club’s committee members.
For the benefit of those among you who might not have checked your emails in the last week or so, the chairman has called a committee meeting for Wednesday, 2 January.
This will be held at the clubhouse at 7.30pm and Alan is keen for as many committee members as possible to attend this one as there are a number of key issues to be discussed.
So, if you can get there, please do so in order that we can have a true representation of views as we head into 2013.
Anyway, there’s no point in stopping at home – there’s only so long you can go on eating those leftovers and if you still have relatives staying, it’s high time they went home anyway…!
