The Reserves round off their league programme tonight.

Presteigne Reserves are due to complete their Mid Wales League (South) programme this evening when they will host Knighton Town Reserves.

Just a reminder that this game will be played on the John Beddoes School field where the kick off will be at 7.00pm.

This match was originally due to be played last Saturday afternoon but was called off then as Knighton Town Reserves were unable to raise a side.

The Reserves’ boss Mark Weiland will be looking for a good performance from his side for a couple of reasons – a win in this one would see his team climb above Brecon Town and finish in eighth place in the table, level on points with last season’s champions, Newcastle.

But ‘Weedo’ will also have half an eye on Saturday’s Builth Spa Cup final against Builth Wells Reserves at Lant Field, so will be looking for a morale-boosting performance tonight ahead of that game at the weekend.

A final reminder that tonight’s game, then, will be on the school field, rather than at Llanandras Park and the kick off will be at 7.00pm.
