Presteigne St Andrews FC would like to wish all players, management, sponsors, committee members and helpers a very Happy Christmas and best wishes for 2015.
It would be wrong to name any individuals as a host of people do an awful lot of work behind the scenes that is never really seen and there would be a very real danger of leaving someone’s name off any list.
But we are very grateful to everyone who helps the club in any way across the year and it’s fair to say it would be far more difficult to run the operation were it not for the huge amount of support and goodwill we receive.
So, we shall raise a glass to you all over the festive period – or, quite probably, several glasses – and wish you all the very best.
Now, all we have to do is fathom a way of beating Knighton on Boxing Day and that would make it a very Happy Christmas – no pressure, then, Jamie…
