Congratulations to Norton City Development Squad who retained their Presteigne St Andrews FC Maundy Thursday Annual Quiz crown on 24 March.
In a competitive competition, the Development Squad held off the challenge of Norton United to take the title for the second year running.
16 teams took part in the event with Andrew ‘Drewie’ Williams setting a very testing but fair and entertaining quiz.
The Blockbuster round tested teams’ knowledge of former American Presidents and the smallest countries in Europe.
Our thanks to everyone who was involved in the organising of what was a highly successful evening.
It proved a highly enjoyable evening while it also raised some welcome funds for the Football Club.
