Presteigne Reserves came away from Llandrindod Wells Reserves with a point from a 2-2 draw on Friday, 20 January.
But Dale Tomkins’ side will probably feel they should have taken all three from this one as they led the game 2-0 at one stage.
Tom Crichton and Daryl Layton-Morris were on target for the Reserves who looked in a good position to close out the victory.
But the home side hit back with two goals of their own to claim a point.
The draw leaves Presteigne Reserves in sixth place in the table with 20 points from 14 Mid Wales League (South) – eight points off the leaders, Talgarth Town over whom they have a game in hand.
The Reserves will return to action on Saturday, 28 January when they will head to Penybont Reserves.
