Following on from the news earlier this week that Dolgellau manager Roger Savage has stood down from the post, it has now been confirmed Hay St Marys’ boss has stood down.
Chris Baynton took charge of Hay in the summer for the club’s first season at Spar Mid Wales League level but his resignation was accepted last night.
A statement on the Hay St Marys website acknowledges the contribution Chris and his assistant Vernon Weale have made in their time with the club and wishes them the best for the future.
It also confirmed Fil Wisniewski will take charge of the Hay St Marys first team squad for the remainder of this season starting with this weekend’s Spar Mid Wales League trip to Penparcau.
