It’s an away day in Dolgellau for the first team

Presteigne St Andrews FC will be on the road again this weekend when they will make the long trip to Dolgellau for a MMP with Norman Lloyd League second-division fixture.

The first team haven’t been in action since their last away game when they came away from Aberystwyth University with a 3-1 victory.

Dolgellau are in fifth place in the table and have a very solid home record this season with four wins from their six matches.

The recent storms mean that neither side has played since Saturday, 8 February so this, too, could be a factor.

While Presteigne were winning 3-1 at the University, Dolgellau were beating visiting Dyffryn Banw 3-0.

But Dolgellau are clearly on a very good run of form and haven’t lost a league game since 30 November when they were beaten 4-3 at Newbridge-on-Wye.

If you are planning on making the trip to Dolgellau then the kick off will be at 2.30pm.
