Presteigne St Andrews FC will hold a committee meeting on Tuesday 6 July at the clubhouse at 7.30pm.
Club chairman Alan Randell is asking all committee members to make every effort to attend.
“Given we have not had a committee meeting for some time there will be a fair bit to sort out so we could do with as many people there as possible,” he said.
“We shall soon be into the pre-season stage so we need to ensure we have everything up and running before we get back into the league action.
“We are also still on the look out for a cup secretary, while there there was some talk at the AGM over the future role of vice-presidents so these items will also be up for discussion,” he added.
Fundraising is also likely to feature strongly on the agenda as league and cup affiliation fees have been paid and so the bank account inevitably takes a bit of a hammering at this stage of the year.
A reminder, then, that the meeting will be on Tuesday 6 July at 7.30pm at the clubhouse.
