The 100 Club draw for June will now be held on Friday 1 July at the Bowling Club when the kick off will be the usual: ‘about 9 o’clock or as soon as we get around to it’….
The draw was originally due to take place on Friday 24 June but due to the fact that the vast majority of the committee are either away or have other things on that night it has been decided to hold it a week later.
Apologies to anyone who was planning on being there on Friday night but a quick poll around the committee meeting earlier in the week soon highlighted the problems we were facing, so it seemed the only sensible course of action.
A reminder that if you are reading this and thinking that you wouldn’t mind taking part in the 100 Club, that subscriptions will be up for renewal around August-September time and so that would probably be as good a time as any to join.
The subscription rate is £25.00 for the year and you are entered into 12 monthly draws, the first prize for each is £100.00 while there is also a range of other prizes available each month.
