Initial plans are in place for a beer festival at the club that will form part of the local entertainment on the August Bank Holiday weekend.
The plan is to hold the day-long event on Sunday 28 August when there will be a wide range of beers and ciders on offer as well as entertainment in the form of live bands.
Andy Crowe, Will Edwards and other committee members are working hard to ensure the proposed event is a success and more details will be published as soon as we have them.
It is proposed that this will pretty much be a day-time event with the music ending at around 9.00pm at the latest so as not to upset those who live near Llanandras Park.
Here’s hoping the sun shines – I know, unlikely as it is a Bank Holiday weekend – and the beer flows for what will be a new venture for the club.
