Presteigne St Andrews FC’s Under 18s’ home match against Hinton this evening has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Heavy rain in the area this morning led to Llanandras Park looking more like Atlantis, and so the decision was taken to call off the match.
An early decision was taken so as to allow Hinton more time to get around their players, and Roy to get around ours.
Given there are only seven or eight clubs in the HFA Floodlit Youth League this season, there should be little problem in rescheduling the game between now and the end of the season.
As soon as we get news of a new date for the game it will be added in to the Under 18s fixtures for this season on the drop down menu at the top of the page.
