Presteigne St Andrews Under 18s’ manager Roy Simcock reports he has pretty much a full-strength squad from which to select for this evening’s HFA Floodlit Youth League trip to Ledbury.
Only Callum Davies misses the trip to Herefordshire as he has an injury, so Roy will have one of the better kind of managerial headaches as he will have to select a squad rather than having it effectively selected for him.
The Under 18s are on a good run of form at the moment as they back-to-back wins over Ludlow Town mean they have a recent record of only one defeat in their last five outings in all competitions.
Callum Davies will be disappointed to miss out this evening as, in the first meeting of the season at Llanandras Park, he scored twice as Presteigne ran out 3-1 winners over Ledbury.
Tonight’s game is due to kick off at 7.30pm and it is hoped to have the result of the match up online at some stage later this evening, with a more detailed report to follow in the coming days.
