Presteigne St Andrews FC’s chairman Alan Randell has confirmed the HFA Floodlit Youth League match against Leominster Minors that was scheduled for tonight (Thursday, 1 March) has been called off.
Before you take another look through the window and ask yourself: ‘What’s that all about, then?’, it is nothing to do with the weather or the state of the Llanandras Park pitch.
We have been advised that Leominster Minors have informed the HFA they are unable to raise a side for tonight’s game.
No doubt we will be informed soon of a new date for the match, but apologies to anyone who was planning on spending their Thursday evening at Llanandras Park – but this one really is due to circumstances beyond our control.
