Presteigne St Andrews FC’s scheduled MMP Mid Wales League fixture at Knighton Town on Saturday, 21 January has been postponed.
Given the wintry weather and plummeting temperatures of the past few days, this won’t come as a great surprise to anyone.
Knighton Town officials reportedly took a look at the pitch on Saturday morning, but you can only imagine that it didn’t take them long to come to their decision.
So, another game to reschedule somewhere down the line and another Saturday without football.
Good news – the suggestion is that the temperatures are due to rise in the coming week so here’s hoping the picture improves ahead of next weekend.
